All items must be returned in their original package within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise not received in the original packaging and in resale condition will be subject to a 15% refund deduction. Returned merchandise must be received at a the warehouse before a refund can be issued. Return postage and original express delivery charges are not refundable. In order to expedite the refund, you may call us at 337-269-5933 before returning the merchandise. Refund checks will only be issued for original purchases made using a check or money order. Account credits will be issued for all credit card purchases. Please allow two billing cycles for credits to appear on your card statement.
RedHawk Medical Products and Services, LLC warrants all products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail sale (battery warranty one year). Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced, free of charge (excluding return postage), promptly upon receipt in our warehouse. Defective merchandise should be accompanied by evidence of original date of retail sale.
